
Miami, Fla., June 2, 2008 - HOPS, a leading provider of data analytic tools and products, today announced that Christian Bass has joined the organization as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Planning.
In his role, Bass will work with the CEO and executive stakeholders to define and steer HOPS’ vision for the future. He will provide leadership to the productivity process by coordinating initiatives, as well as maximizing resources and employee time to create an effective project management organization. Bass will also help identify new opportunities, market changes and competitive threats in light of company strategy.

Bass has 14 years of organizational leadership experience through roles in entrepreneurship, technology services, training for international leaders and productivity consulting to executives at some of the nation's largest and most successful companies.
Before joining HOPS, Bass was a consultant with Pcubed, a company honored by Consulting Magazine as one of the seven "Jewels" in North American consulting. He also founded Successant, a consultancy providing practical leadership in executive strategy, decision making and productivity solutions. In these roles, Bass led successful change initiatives for companies in industries that included defense, energy, finance and information technology.
Bass graduated with honors from Presbyterian College, earning a B.A. and was a recipient of the Dean's Award for Management of Science in Project Management from George Washington University.
